Every piece of jewelry is custom-made and personalized according to your specifications. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you change your mind or no longer want the item.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.

  • You entered the wrong name, date, initials, or other personalization details.

  • You selected the wrong size, color, material, font, or chain length.

  • You no longer need the item.

  • The item arrived later than expected due to shipping delays beyond our control.

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during manufacturing,

  • Defective,

  • Broken upon arrival (excluding damage caused after delivery), or

  • Different from the personalization or product you ordered due to our mistake,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

If we determine that the issue was caused by our manufacturing error or we sent the wrong item, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because we begin processing custom orders quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible if production has not yet started. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate solution based on the carrier's findings.
